Watched an expert “undress a goose” down to its bones, and tried goose tartare (which was insanely delicious), goose carpaccio, goose pate, goose sausage, goose blood soup, goose offal dumplings for the first time and it was such a memorable experience! Also had the most amazing pumpkin soup! Everything is made in-house and their produce is all sourced from farms located nearby.
